We inform that any personal information collected by Archi3 for Uniloy Milacron to permit updating information and any news present on the web site www.uniloymilacron.com. will be handled in observance of law 675/96. The objective of the collection and handling is to arrange the e-mail addresses to automatically update the users on any news regarding the site.
The conferring of the data is optional as it is in function of the above objectives.
The data will not be communicated or circulated to third parties and will be stored on magnetic support and on printout.
In observance of the mentioned data, the interested party can practice the rights according to article 13 law 675/96 of the Italian Normative.

Art.13 (Rights of the interested party) 1. With regard to handling of personal data the interested party has the right: a. To know, through free access to the register according to article 31, subsection 1, letter a), the existence of the handling of data that can be of interest ; b. To be informed as indicated according to article 7, subsection 4, letter a), b) and h) ; c. To obtain, in case of the person in charge, without any delay: 1. the confirmation of any existing personal data regarding the interested party, even if not yet registered, and to communicate in legible handwriting the said data and its origin, as well as the logic and purpose on which it is based; the request can be renewed, unless justified reasons exist, within no more than ninety days; 2. the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or stopping of the handled data in violation of the law, including those of which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected and successively handled; 3. the updating, the rectification or rather should it be of interest, the integration of the data; 4. the statement that the operations of which numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to knowledge, even concerning its contents, the persons to whom the data has been communicated or spread, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means in observance of the protected rights ; d. to oppose, entirely or in part, for legitimate reasons, the handling of personal data regarding the interested party, even if pertinent to the aim of the collected data ; e. to oppose, entirely or in part, to the handling of personal data regarding the interested party, expected for commercial information purposes or the dispatching of advertising material or direct sale, market research or commercial interactive communication, and to be informed by the holder, no later than the moment in which the data has been communicated or diffused of the possibility to practice such a right free of charge. 2. For each request of which subsection 1, letter c) number 1) can be asked to the interested party if the existence of the data regarding the interested party is not confirmed, a contribution fee, not superior to the effective costs sustained, according to method of payment and within the established limits of the regulations, of article 33, subsection 3. 3. The rights of which subsection 1 referring to personal data concerning (deceased persons can be practiced by anyone having an interest. 4. In the practice of those rights of subsection 1, the interested party can confer, in writing, by authorization or by proxy to persons or associations. 5. Remain protected the regulations regarding professional secrecy of the practice of journalist, limited to the news source. The access to the site is subject to registration form and relative acceptance of the conditions that follow.
The users are committed to utilize the material found on the site www.uniloytech.com only and exclusively for the publication on newspaper headings of wide circulation or on technical periodicals or of wide spread circulation. It is explicitly forbidden to use the material, both iconographic and textual for other types of publications like, for example, presentations or company reports, market analysis or other commercial material. This prohibition does not regard Uniloy Milacron agents or employees.
Before publicizing the material collected, the users are committed to give notice to the site managers or to Uniloy Milacron regarding the future publication, specifying the heading of reference and the period of publication expected. The users are also committed to send a free copy of the article or of the contribution.
In the case in which the newspaper heading requires the national exclusive on the material published, the person in charge of the heading must communicate beforehand to the people in charge.
